Questions about official Jefferson County criminal records must go to the office that created or maintains the document. In Madras, sheriff reports and booking information are handled at NW Cherry Lane, while filed criminal cases and certified copies belong to Circuit Court at SW E Street. Oregon State Police provides statewide criminal-history products. This private site's role is only to show those routes and verified contact details; it does not receive public-record requests or provide government records.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve, certify, change, or remove a record, conduct an official check, or accept a Motion to Set Aside.

  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Records or the Correctional Facility
  • State custody: use Oregon Department of Corrections and Oregon Offender Search
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Set-aside filings: use Oregon Judicial Department forms and file in the court that handled the case
